    If some of your products require refrigeration, your entire order will be grouped into a single package in which the refrigerated rate will be included.

    Where can I receive my shipments?

    Why do we send refrigerated products with another carrier?

    Don't worry. Once you have placed your order, we will carefully package each product and deliver it in refrigerated trucks. If for some reason the carrier cannot deliver the order because no one is at home, the products will be stored in a refrigerated warehouse, so at no time will they lose the cold chain.

    What happens if I don't receive my order?

    If you do not receive your order within 7 working days or more after making your payment, please contact us (please provide us with your name, email, order number and telephone number) and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. soon as possible.

    What happens if the order arrives and no one is home?

    If you are not at home when the package has arrived and the courier cannot leave the package with someone else in your care or somewhere safe, the courier will contact you, so it is important that you let us know. Leave your phone number when you register.
