FOOD SAFETY POLICY
LIBANOFOODS, SL operates in the production and distribution of hummus, pita bread, Lebanese bread, and pita chips. The company is distinguished by the high level of safety and quality of its products, as well as by its personalized service and ongoing commitment to its customers.
Management is committed to continuously optimizing food safety and the quality of its products. In this regard, the established principles and objectives constitute a firm commitment and are binding on the entire organization.
Likewise, the Management of LIBANOFOODS, SL formally declares the need to permanently maintain and improve a Food Safety Management System, based on the general principles and commitments detailed below:

To fully satisfy our customers' needs, complying with both their specifications and any applicable legal or regulatory provisions to maintain food safety.

Continuously improve the company's activities, in any order, direct and indirect, and consequently the Management System.

Preserve the quality of the products marketed by our organization.

Involve the company's global structure in improving its processes, including those of its employees, allowing the company to be more efficient and competitive, improving its market positioning.

Ensure proper hygiene in the production, storage, handling, and shipping of our products through the implementation of a proper HACCP self-monitoring system.

Promote adequate training, awareness, and sensitization at all levels of the organization, being aware of the results of our work and personal behavior to maintain the food safety of manufactured products.

Make all information regarding the traceability of all our marketed products available to interested parties, as a way of demonstrating the effectiveness of our system.

Recognize, identify, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, customer, and any other requirements that may be applicable or subscribed to by the organization related to food safety.

Meet the requirements defined by the latest edition of the UNE EN-ISO 22000 standard.

Establish, maintain, and continually improve effective communication, both internally and externally, to ensure the proper flow of information between all levels of the organization and with relevant stakeholders.
